How to use a sugar scrub
Use in the shower on damp skin, two to three times a week. Massage in slow circles, focusing on elbows, knees and heels, then rinse. Follow straight away with body oil while skin is still damp — freshly exfoliated skin absorbs oil best, and the scent lasts longer.
