Q: Are your fragrances unisex? A: Absolutely. Every WRTH scent is inspired by Arabian perfumery traditions and designed to be worn by anyone — from Vanilla Musk and Rose Oud to our Fall/Winter scents, Saffron Noir and Tonka Suede.
Q: How long do your products last? A:
- Body Oils (4 oz): 2-3 months with daily use
- Sugar Scrubs: 1-2 months with 2-3x weekly use
- Body Elixir Candles: 40-50 hours burn time
- Perfumes: 3-6 months depending on application
Q: What makes Body Elixir Candles different from regular candles? A: Our Body Elixir Candles are dual-purpose luxury. Light them for ambiance, then use the melted oil as a warm massage oil or body moisturizer. They're made from a skin-safe blend of nourishing oils, cocoa butter and soy wax — not paraffin.
Shipping & Orders
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! We offer free standard US shipping on orders $35+ after discounts. Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon, on weekends or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: Domestic (USA) shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes! We ship internationally, including to the UAE. International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on destination, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns on unopened, unused products with the seal unbroken, in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Contact info@wrthstudio.com before returning an item. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately. Q: Can I exchange a scent if I don't like it? A: Contact info@wrthstudio.com to ask about exchange options before returning an item. Products must be unopened and unused, with the seal unbroken, in their original packaging. We cannot accept opened or used products for a change-of-mind scent exchange. Product Usage
Q: How do I use the Body Elixir Candle? A: Burn the candle for 15-20 minutes, until the top layer has fully melted. Blow out the flame and wait about 30 seconds. Test a drop on the back of your hand, then pour a small amount into your palm and massage into skin.
Q: How often should I use the sugar scrubs? A: We recommend 2-3 times per week for best results. Over-exfoliating can irritate skin.
Q: Can I use body oils on my face? A: Our body oils are formulated for body use. For facial care, we recommend our C Elixir Vitamin C Face Oil or Radiance Rosehip & Vitamin E Face Oil.
Q: Are your products vegan/cruelty-free? A: Yes!
